Commnet Broadband Acquires Sacred Wind Enterprises to Expand Broadband Services in Southeast.

Colorado, US-based bandwidth infrastructure owner/operator Commnet Broadband will acquire New Mexico-based rural telecommunications provider Sacred Wind Enterprises, to expand high-speed broadband in rural Southwestern US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction will increase Commnet's wholesale carrier, residential and business broadband services and is expected to close after Federal Communications Commission and other required approvals in the next several months.
The companies will maintain their brands and names in the market.
