Concentric Acquires Industrial Power Products to Expand Service Footprint.

Dallas-based DC power management and maintenance provider Concentric, LLC, serving material handling and critical power industries, has acquired Tennessee-based motive power distributor Industrial Power Products, to expand Concentric's service footprint across West Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company's digitally-enabled power services complement Concentric's digital PM platform, ConcentricCARE.
