Concentric Acquires Mesa Technical Associates to Expand Footprint in Northeast.

Texas-based DC power systems supplier Concentric, LLC has acquired New York-based DC power solutions provider Mesa Technical Associates, to expand Concentric's geographic footprint into New York and the Northeastern US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The complement of Concentric and Mesa serves clients in the traditional electric utility space and the emerging energy storage space.
Concentric, an OnPoint Group company, is a material handling and facility services that supplies DC power systems for electric forklifts, automated guided vehicles and airline ground support equipment.
