Construction Partners Closes South Carolina Acquisition.

Alabama, US-based civil infrastructure company Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) has acquired South Carolina, US-based Southern Asphalt, Inc., the company said.
As a result of the acquisition, the company added two hot-mix asphalt plants and more than 200 employees in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina metro area.
Construction Partners is a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company operating across five southeastern states, with 59 hot-mix asphalt plants, 14 aggregate facilities and one liquid asphalt terminal.
