Converge Acquires Dasher Technologies to Strengthen Position in IT Solutions.

Canadian hybrid IT solution provider Converge Technology Solutions Corp. (TSX: CTS) (FSE: 0ZB) (OTCQX: CTSDF) has acquired California-based IT solution provider Dasher Technologies, Inc. to strengthen Converge's presence in multi-cloud, identity management, resiliency, security and data centre solutions, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dasher is the 19th acquisition completed by Converge.
