Canada-based software-enabled IT and cloud solutions provider Converge Technology Solutions Corp (TSX: CTS) (FSE: 0ZB) (OTCQX: CTSDF) has closed the acquisition of US-based IT solutions provider PC Specialists, Inc. d/b/a Technology Integration Group, the company said.

Converge announced the signing of the acquisition of TIG on May 19, 2022.
