Cornell Capital to Acquire Packaging Provider Advantek from Tinicum.

New York and Hong Kong-based private equity firm Cornell Capital LLC has agreed to acquire Minnesota-based protective packaging products provider Advantek, LLC from Tinicum, L.P. and affiliated funds managed by Tinicum Inc, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tinicum Inc will retain a minority stake in the company.
