Crane 1 Purchases Assets of Hoist and Crane Systems to Expand in Eastern US.

Ohio, US-based crane MRO services and equipment provider Crane 1 Services Inc. has purchased the assets of North Carolina-based crane inspections, repairs and maintenance provider Hoist and Crane Systems, Inc. (H and C), to continue its expansion in the Eastern US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This combination of Crane 1 and H and C offers a new and enhanced value proposition including complementary service offerings and differentiated equipment solutions.
