Creative Solutions Acquires Lightstream to Enhance Live Streaming Technology.

California-based premium products manufacturer for the media industry, Creative Solutions, has acquired US-based tech company Lightstream, to enhance live streaming technology for the global content creator community, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This acquisition allows Creative Solutions to bring its broadcast-quality hardware, mobile apps, and cloud technology to the gaming market on a global scale, and opens up new creative possibilities for storytellers.
Integrating Lightstream's creative suite and patented cloud production architecture with its Teradek's IP video technology and the full suite of Creative Solutions production tools raises the potential for live video content creation in every segment.
Lightstream Cloud is an API-driven cloud platform for live video production. It allows developers to build creative software and live streaming platforms on top of Lightstream's powerful cloud architecture.
