Curaleaf to Acquire Natural Remedy Patient Center to Continue Expansion in Arizona.

US-based consumer cannabis products provider Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (CSE: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF) has agreed to acquire Arizona-based dispensary Natural Remedy Patient Center, LLC to expand in Arizona, the company said.
Curaleaf will acquire Natural Remedy in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately USD 13m. Under the terms of the agreement, Curaleaf will pay USD 12m in cash and total share consideration of USD 1m.
The Curaleaf Shares will be subject to a two-year lockup period from the date of close. The transaction is expected to close in January 2022, subject to customary approvals and conditions.
