DataCore Acquires Workflow Intelligence Nexus to Cement Position in Edge AI.

US-based software-defined storage expert DataCore Software has acquired California-based workflow services and software firm Workflow Intelligence Nexus (WIN) to accelerate DataCore's Perifery business unit, specialising in managing data across the core to the cloud and edge for high-growth markets, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This transaction marks the second acquisition of the year, following the announcement of Object Matrix, further solidifying Perifery's position as a leader in accelerating workflows at scale with AI.
