Regulators in Singapore have asked local firm DBS Bank (D05.SI) and US-based banking firm Citigroup, Inc (NYSE: C) to investigate recent banking disruptions.
The banks have been asked to further investigate why they failed to fully recover their systems following a breakdown in services recently. According to the regulator, banks' critical systems cannot go out of order for more than four hours in any 12-month...
