Canada-based label and packaging solutions provider CCL Industries Inc. (TSX: CCL.A) (TSX: CCL.B) has acquired the shares of Canada-based personalised kid's label manufacturer Colle a Moi Inc. in a bolt-on acquisition for label supplier Avery, the company said.
Forecast sales for the year ending July 31, 2019 are expected to be USD 1.3m with an estimated 65% EBITDA margin. The debt free, all cash purchase consideration, subject to customary closing conditions, is approximately USD 3m.
