German auto parts company Mahle has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the wholly-owned thermal business of US automotive supplier Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH), the company said on Thursday. Under the deal, Mahle will pay around USD 727m, according to Delphi. In 2014, the Delphi division and its approximately 7,600 employees achieved annual sales of about USD 1.2bn (roughly EUR 1.0bn).
