California-based optical and photonic products manufacturer Lumentum Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: LITE) has obtained antitrust clearance from the People's Republic of China's State Administration for Market Regulation for its pending acquisition of California-based lasers and optoelectronic solutions manufacturer NeoPhotonics Corp.
