US-based audit, tax and consulting services provider RSM US LLP and growth-oriented private equity firm Parthenon Capital have entered into an agreement for Parthenon to acquire RSM US Wealth Management LLC and rename it Choreo, LLC, with "Choreo" as its new brand, the principals said.
