Pennsylvania, US-based hospitality tabletop and buffet supplier Steelite International has agreed to acquire the assets of New York, US-based metal banquet and buffet products maker D.W. Haber and Son, the company said.
Formal closing of the purchase agreement is expected to occur in May 2019. This acquisition will give Steelite ownership of D.W. Haber and Son and Kenny Mack Designs, allowing for the opportunity to expand the product offering to a broader global audience.
