Dickinson Fleet Services Acquires 2 Florida Trucking Services Companies.

18 October 2018 - Indiana, US-based fleet management company Dickinson Fleet Services (DFS) has acquired Florida, US-based truck repair company Fleet Technology and Maintenance Corp. (FTM) and Florida-based collision repair provider Truck City Body Company, to continue Dickinson's growth trajectory and further solidify the company's position in the south Florida fleet services market, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dickinson Fleet Services, along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, announced the acquisition on October 16, 2018.

The acquisition will position Dickinson Fleet Services as one of the largest independent truck repair and fleet management companies in south Florida and add to the company's growing national presence.

Fleet Technology and Maintenance Corp. offers both mobile on-site services and shop services.

Truck City Body company offers a variety of collision repair and paint services for all heavy trucks, commercial buses and trailers.

The acquisition of Fleet Technology Maintenance Corp. and Truck City Body Company represents the sixth acquisition completed by DFS in partnership with Ridgemont Equity Partners since Ridgemont's investment in Dickinson in the spring of 2017.
