DZS to Acquire German Telecommunications Systems Manufacturer Keymile.

18 October 2018 - California, US-based telecommunications networking equipment provider Dasan Zhone Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: DZSI) has agreed to acquire Germany based telecommunications solution manufacturer Keymile to empower global service providers with freedom of choice and to advance the internet connection experience, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in 4Q18, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.

With this acquisition, DZS will further expand its footprint in the global broadband access market and gain exposure to hundreds of customers.

Keymile has strong regional presence in Europe, Latin America and other regions which complement DZS.
