Eaglestone Closes Acquisition of Commonwealth Electrical Technologies.

US-based holding company Eaglestone, LLC, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, has acquired New England energy efficiency, solar, and commercial electrical services provider Commonwealth Electrical Technologies, Inc, the company said.
Founded in 2008 and based in Worcester, Massachusetts, CET is a leading non-union provider of energy efficiency, solar, and commercial electrical services in New England.
The company offers a suite of services including installing, servicing and testing commercial solar panel investments, providing renovations, new construction services and electrical maintenance for commercial / industrial facilities and specializing in optimizing lighting, mechanical work and EV charging stations.
The company serves a customer base across end markets including EV charging, solar, healthcare, commercial, automotive and education.
