Eaton Acquires Electrical Connectivity Components Maker Royal Power Solutions for USD 600m.

Dublin-based power management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) has completed the acquisition of US-based electrical connectivity components manufacturer Royal Power Solutions, the company said.
Royal Power Solutions components are used in electric vehicle, energy management, industrial and mobility markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton paid USD 600m for Royal Power Solutions, which represents approximately 13.6 times the company's estimated 2022 EBITDA.
