Elevator Service Acquires Van Duinen Elevator to Strengthen Market Density in Western Michigan.

Michigan, US-based elevator service provider Elevator Service LLC, (ESI) has acquired Grand Rapids, Michigan-based elevator service company Van Duinen Elevator Co. to strengthen market density in Western Michigan, the company said.
ESI completed its investment in Van Duinen Elevator with financial backing from Carroll Capital, a Greenwich-based family office which originally partnered with ESI in 2019. Terms were not disclosed.
This investment marks ESI's third add-on acquisition in the last six months.
