Emerson Acquires Mita-Teknik to Expand Wind Power Generation.

St. Louis, US-based technology and engineering company Emerson (NYSE: EMR) has acquired Denmark-based wind power generation provider Mita-Teknik to strengthen presence in renewable energy and wind power generation, the company said.
Terms of the all-cash transaction were not disclosed.
Mita-Teknik is in the control automation business for wind power generation, equipping wind turbines and wind farms with technologies for optimal performance and unsurpassed reliability.
