Illinois, US-based specialised distributor Envoy Solutions has acquired South Carolina-based flexible packaging materials provider Sunbelt Packaging to drive growth in Southeastern US, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sunbelt Packaging is a distributor that offers a large inventory of flexible packaging materials and automated packaging equipment.

The company's strong relationships with industry-leading customers have contributed to its continued growth across the country, with four distribution centres from South Carolina to Utah.
