EQT Active Core Infrastructure, PSP Close Acquisition of Radius Global Infrastructure.

A partnership between Luxembourg-based EQT Active Core Infrastructure fund and Canada-based Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP) have closed the acquisition of Pennsylvania, US-based critical digital infrastructure provider Radius Global Infrastructure (NASDAQ: RADI) in a cash transaction valued at a total enterprise value of USD 3 bn, the company said.

This deal was announced in March.

Under the terms of the agreement, Radius shareholders will receive USD 15.00 per share.

Radius owns and acquires critical digital infrastructure, including ground, tower, rooftop and in-building cell sites, in over 20 countries across North and South America, Europe, and Australia.

Radius' portfolio of approximately 9,000 leases across nearly 7,000 sites serves more than 200 customers.

The company achieved USD 157.6m in Annualized In-Place Rents as of the end of 2022.
