EVI Industries to Acquire K and B Laundry to Expand Services in Commercial Laundry Industry.

Miami, US-based laundry and dry cleaning equipment provider EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: EVI) has agreed to acquire North Carolina-based K and B Laundry Service, a provider of installation and maintenance services to the industrial and on-premise laundry segments of the commercial laundry industry, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the next thirty days or upon the satisfaction of all customary closing conditions.

With K and B, EVI adds commercial laundry technicians and support staff that will enhance EVI's capabilities to its growing customer base across the southeast region of the United States.

The addition of K and B is consistent with EVI's long-term growth strategy to build the largest value added distributor of commercial laundry products with a network of specialised technicians to support commercial laundry customers.
