The brains behind Barni's dessert parlour in Hillhouse bagged herself a £250,000 investment from business guru Lord Sugar after 12 rollercoaster weeks taking on challenges on the BBC competition

In the tense final of the reality TV series the budding entrepreneur opted to pitch a rebrand of her six-figure dessert business Barni's under the brand name 'Oh So Yum.'

Lord Sugar's new business partner has gone on to open two more dessert parlours - one in Sheffield and one in Leeds - since winning the Apprentice. And Harpreet hasn't stopped there, making sure she's giving her business Oh So Yum! every chance of succeeding. Barni's was already a success but with the re-brand and new-found TV fame, it's now got the chance to become one of the biggest dessert brands in the country.
