FFL Partners Partners with Two Sigma Impact to Acquire Majority Stake in Community Medical Services.

US private equity firm FFL Partners has partnered with New York-based investment company Two Sigma Impact to acquire a majority ownership of Arizona-basedopioid treatment programme provider Community Medical Services to strengthen position in opioid treatment solutions, the company said.

Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

The company was advised by Houlihan Lokey and Alston and Bird LLP, while FFL and Two Sigma Impact were advised by Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP.

FFL Partners has over USD 5bn under management. FFL pursues thematic investments in business services and healthcare services.
