Voxware, a provider of cloud-based voice and analytic supply chain solutions, has announced FY2018 was a record year for the company, the company said.

Driven by the largest year of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales in its history, and upgrades of its flagship Voice Management Suite (VMS), Voxware achieved 32% revenue growth in FY2018 as compared to the previous year. This marks the sixth consecutive year the company has attained greater than 30% annual growth.

Voxware attributes the success from the previous year to three key factors: 1) Expansion of automated workflows across all functions in the warehouse; 2) Increased use of multimodal technology (combination of voice, scanning, augmented reality); and 3) Customers are progressively attracted to replacing outdated legacy systems in favor of Android technology for all the advantages it offers.
