Fortune Brands Acquires UK-Based Shower Products Manufacturer Aqualisa.

US-based home and security products company Fortune Brands Home and Security, Inc. (NYSE: FBHS) has acquired UK-based shower products manufacturer Aqualisa Holdings (International) Ltd. to expand capabilities in water management and connected products, the company said.
Fortune Brands completed the acquisition for a price of approximately USD 160m, which represents roughly 8 times post-synergy EBITDA.
