Francisco Partners, IGP Capital Acquire Video Broadcasting Firm LiveU.

29 May 2019 - US-based private equity firm Francisco Partners, together with co-investor IGP Capital, have acquired Israeli live IP video solutions provider LiveU from its existing shareholders, the company said.
The reported price is USD 200m.
LiveU provides live video solutions for TV, mobile, online and social media with its portable devices and cloud services.
With over 3,000 customers in 130+ countries, LiveU's technology is a solution of choice for broadcasters, sport organisations, news agencies, online and social media.
Francisco Partners is a global private equity firm that specializes in investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses.
