Freedom Electronics Closes Acquisition of Refurbished Electronic Parts Provider Esco.

US-based electronic components provider Freedom Electronics, a portfolio company of Summit Park, has closed the acquisition of aftermarket refurbished electronic parts provider Esco Services, Inc. and Esco Manufacturing, LLC, with locations in Michigan, Colorado, and Florida, the company said.
Founded in 1979, Esco provides aftermarket refurbished electronic parts to distributors and service technicians, primarily serving the retail fueling and petroleum end markets.
