Notice of Consent to a Supplement to the Track Usage Price List
Pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 of the track access contract dated
11 December 2016, the Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’
request, made on28 March 2024, under paragraph 2.2.7 of Schedule 7 to
supplement the TrackUsagePriceListto includenew rate for Domestic
Intermodal for FRAA and FRAB wagon types.
For thepurposesofthetrack access contract, thesection of theTrack
Usage PriceList entitled“Freight VariableUsage Charge Rates” shallbe
supplementedbytheinclusionof:

these vehicles were used on the Network or 1 April 2019, whichever date is
later. These rates have been calculated in 2017/18 prices.
