Gathr Outdoors Acquires Water Tank Maker WaterPort.

Tennessee, US-based outdoor, camp and recreation brands company Gathr Outdoors has acquired California-based self-pressurised water tanks maker WaterPort, to expand outdoor recreation portfolio, the company said.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Joining Gathr Outdoors will provide WaterPort the new resources and relationships needed to take the brand to the next level.
