Gradiant Acquires H+E Group to Expand Portfolio of Industrial Water Technologies.

US-based water and wastewater treatment solutions provider Gradiant has acquired German water solutions provider H+E Group (Hager+Elsasser), to expand portfolio of industrial water technologies and create springboard for growth in EMEA, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
By combining H+E Group's domain expertise in semiconductor and industrial water with Gradiant's broad suite of end-to-end water treatment solutions, Gradiant is in a prime position to deliver innovative and tailored solutions to address the unique challenges faced by semiconductor manufacturers.
