Graham urges Jags to make it to final third

Saturday's stalemate in Kirkcaldy all but secured Jags' place in the Premiership play-offs

But Airdrie's win at home to Dunfermline means both teams head into this weekend's Firhill meeting locked on 51 points with just three games remaining.

Finishing third or fourth in the table will determine home advantage in the crucial second leg but Graham is also aware how important it could be in terms of prize money.

The Jags skipper said: "The board will think it matters in terms of money, as you get more if you finish third than fourth.

"Fair play to Airdrie but we want to finish third now purely for a financial reason and for the manager's budget next season.

"The play-offs are all but sealed but we've got to be really professional when we go to play AIRDRIE .

"We're a different team from last year and we've maybe lost a bit of the talent we had but we've shown great grit and determination.

"The board probably didn't tip us to be in the play-offs because we lost a number of players and never really replaced them.

"But we've given young boys an opportunity and our bench was full of kids.

"We're struggling with injuries at the moment and fingers crossed there's a few boys back for next week and the weeks ahead.

"We need everybody back and firing going into these play-offs."

In truth, Saturday's 90 minutes at Stark's Park probably won't live long in the memory and it was an

RAITH O PARTICK 0 even contest largely spoiled by squally conditions.

Rovers could have gone ahead after just 13 minutes but Zak Rudden's bullet header was brilliantly kept out by David Mitchell from point-blank range.
