Groupe ADF Acquires Canadian Metrology Specialist Amrikart Ultraprecision.

France-based industrial solutions group Groupe ADF has acquired Canadian dimensional metrology specialist Amrikart Ultraprecision Inc through its Solutions Latesys Canada subsidiary, the group said.
Groupe ADF is in the field of metrology through its G2Metric brand name, and said it wished to complement its expertise toolbox thanks to the solutions developed by the Amrikart Ultraprecision teams.
They will bring additional know-how and expertise to support the group strategy to be ever closer to the market expectations and requirements.
