Denver, US-based hydroponic and organic garden centres chain GrowGeneration Corp. (NASDAQ: GRWG) has agreed to acquire Michigan-based hydroponic garden centres HGS Hydro, to expand footprint in Michigan, the company said
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This transaction is expected to close before the end of fiscal year-end 2021. Founded in 2015 by Rocky Shaeena, HGS Hydro is the largest chain of hydroponic garden centres in the state of Michigan and generated approximately USD 50m in revenue in 2020.
