US-based consulting services provider Guidehouse and technology solutions provider TechSur Solutions have forged a strategic joint venture and Mentor-ProtÃ(c)gÃ(c) Agreement under the US Small Business Administration Mentor-ProtÃ(c)gÃ(c) Program through Guidehouse's acquisition of Dovel Technologies, LLC and its JV with TechSur, 1DTS, the firms said.

1DTS integrates the expertise of the two firms that specialize in digital transformation, bringing cloud-native applications, solutions, and analytics to government organizations.

Guidehouse and TechSur have combined decades of experience providing innovative solutions across the federal government to include US Department of Homeland Security.
