High Point Networks to Acquire West-Tech Communications.

18 October 2018 - North Dakota, US-based voice and data networking solutions provider High Point Networks has signed a letter of intent to purchase the assets and employees of the Colorado-based value-added reseller West-Tech Communications, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition, slated to be final on November 1, 2018, includes all assets and full-time employees of West-Tech Communications.

The West-Tech Communications acquisition completes the High Point Networks mission to expand further into the Colorado region.

They will join High Point Networks as the ninth location across a five-state region with its corporate headquarters out of West Fargo, ND.
