Highview Capital Acquires Facility Services Company Watterson.

US-based private equity investment vehicle Highview Capital, LLC has acquired US-based facility services company Watterson, the firm said.
Watterson provides a suite of services, including facilities management, environmental services, and emergency and disaster response.
Over the last 20+ years, the company has built a base of long-term corporate clients, which includes brands in retail and commercial workspaces.
The company has a network of over 1,000 in-house and third-party service providers.
Following the close of the acquisition, Billy Watterson, Watterson's founder, and Steve Peldiak, Watterson's president, will both retain significant minority stakes in the business.
