"We saw the polka dot trend on the SS24 catwalks and we've seen it gracing the red carpet, so it's no surprise searches on our website for 'polka dot dresses' are up 28%," reveals Emma Rossi, head of womenswear design at River Island.

If you want to hit the spot with your own wardrobe you won't have to look far because the high street is dotty for the look.
