HMP Global to Acquire C4 Recovery Foundation Portfolio to Solidify Position in Addiction Education.

Pennsylvania, US-based healthcare event and education company HMP Global has agreed to acquire a 2 addiction education events from Mississippi-based education provider C4 Recovery Foundation to strengthen position as a provider of addiction education, the company said.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
As part of the transaction, HMP Global will acquire several behavioral health assets from C4, including: Cape Cod Symposium on Addictive Disorders (CCSAD), and the West Coast Symposium on Addictive Disorders (WCSAD), as well as related digital education resources.
