HOF Village to Acquire Majority Interest in Crown Fantasy Football League.

Ohio, US-based HOF Village, LLC (HOFV), a sports and entertainment destination centre, is acquiring a majority interest in the assets of The Crown League, a professional fantasy football league to enter the high-growth vertical of the fantasy sports market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Closing is expected to occur in conjunction with closing under the merger agreement between HOFV and Gordon Pointe acquisition Corp.
HOFV has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Gordon Pointe acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: GPAQ) (NASDAQ: GPAQU) (NASDAQ: GPAQW).
