Ingersoll Rand Acquires Oxywise and Fraserwoods for USD 26m.

US-based flow creating and industrial solutions provider Ingersoll Rand Inc. (NYSE: IR) has acquired Oxywise s.r.o. and Fraserwoods Fabrication and Machining Ltd. for a combined purchase price of approximately USD 26m, to enhance capabilities in high-growth sustainable end markets, the company said.
Oxywise, based in Slovakia, increases Ingersoll Rand's broader air treatment capabilities with onsite oxygen and nitrogen generating-systems based on pressure swing adsorption technology, cylinder filling systems, containerised systems and gas control solutions.
