Innovative Renal Care Acquires Kidney Treatment Center of San Antonio.

US-based dialysis company Innovative Renal Care, a brand of American Renal Associates, has acquired the assets of Texas-based Kidney Treatment Center of San Antonio, the company said.

Kidney Treatment Center of San Antonio is an independently owned and operated patient-centered renal dialysis company.

The acquisition includes all three KTC clinics, Northwest, West and East. KTC patients will continue to have access to high-quality services and resources, and Dr. Bruce Brockway, the former owner of the KTC dialysis centers, is continuing as the medical director of the KTC Northwest location.

In addition, Dr. Srinath Tamirisa is serving as the medical director of the KTC West Location, and Dr. Oscar Iznaola is serving as the medical director of the KTC East Location.

The three clinics, which are currently accepting new patients, will be renamed as IRC San Antonio - Medical Drive, IRC San Antonio - Castroville Road and IRC San Antonio - South New Braunfels.
