Integrity Marketing Acquires Equis Financial to Strengthen Position in Life Insurance and Final Expense Market.

Texas, US-based Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, an independent distributor of life and health insurance products, has acquired North Carolina-based marketing insurance organisation Equis Financial, Inc. to supply resources for growth, business diversity and open collaboration, the company said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Equis expects to produce over USD 100 m of annualised premium through final expense, mortgage protection, living benefits and financial planning products in 2020.
Integrity's partnership programme will open doors to Equis' team on a diverse range of products using sales tools and technology.
