Integrity Partnership to Acquire Insurance and Financial Planning Agency Russek Financial Services.

Tennessee, US-based life and health insurance distributor and wealth management and retirement planning solutions provider Integrity Marketing Group, LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire Connecticut, US-based insurance and financial planning agency Russek Financial Services, the firm said.

As part of the acquisition, Jeffrey Russek, president of Russek Financial Services, will become a managing partner in Integrity.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

After more than a decade in corporate finance, Jeffrey Russek launched Russek Financial Services.

Today, Russek Financial Services offers a range of insurance products and retirement guidance to consumers across the Northeast.
