IntraNext Systems, a contact center software technology company, has announced that its SmartSIP[R] application is compliant with key Avaya IX(TM) Workplace Calling solutions, helping enable customers to improve key measures of engagement and productivity with powerful capabilities related to calling, collaboration and meetings, as well as a range of flexible, connected phones and devices, the company said.
