ITT Acquires Additive Manufacturing Technology Capabilities with Investment in CRP.

Connecticut, US-based components and technology solutions manufacturer ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) has acquired additive manufacturing technology capabilities of CRP Technology, based in Italy, and CRP USA, based in North Carolina, to grant ITT access to expanded additive manufacturing capabilities, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The investment complements ITT and serves the space, aerospace, defense, premium automotive, and motorsports markets.
With this investment, ITT owns 46% of CRP Technology and 33% of CRP USA.
